Devon began his career as an Electrical Engineer in the oil and gas industry before he soon realized that his skillset and experience managing large scale projects and building and designing complex infrastructure components easily transferred to real estate. Devon specializes in buying and selling residential and commercial properties and  planning and executing developments and renovations. He has a sincere passion for flipping properties and seeing their growth and has a knack for finding properties whose value has the potential to increase exponentially! It also means he has a great eye and lots of connections to contractors, landscapers and collaborates with the best industry professionals to distinguish and increase property value. 

Valerie has a background in legal and compliance. In addition to her professional and business acumen, it's her sense of style and sharp vision that also makes D&V Enterprises thrive. With her thoughtful approach to analyzing properties and identifying their unique qualities, she designs and renovates interiors with ease, class and taste.  She partners with Devon on multiple investments to execute the project vision from property assessment and scoping, planning, designing, and close out.  She prides herself on taking risks with colors, textures, and patterns and takes reimagining real estate, renovations and design to the next level.
